  6. Próbowała wymazać z pamięci całe doświadczenie.
    She tried to blank out the whole experience.
  7. Czy mogę się wtrącić na chwilę?
    Can I cut in for a moment?       
  8. No dalej, przyznaj się! Co zrobiłeś?
    Come on, fess up! What’d you do?    
  9. Został upomniany za rozmawianie w klasie.
    He was told off for talking in class.     
  10. Nikt mnie nie wsparł.
    Nobody backed me up.    
  11. Zazwyczaj staram się ignorować mojego szefa
    Usually I try to tune out my boss.   
  12. Nie słuchał mnie i przerwał mi.
    He didn’t listen to me and cut me off.                     
  13. Czy mógłbyś przestać wtrącać się cały czas?
    Could you stop butting in all the time?
  14. Nie wiem jak dotrzeć do niego.
    I don’t know how to get through to him.        
  15. Udało mi się zrozumieć większość tego, co mówili.
    I managed to make out most of what they were saying.
